• Run the floor to supervise and manage staff (authorize discounts).

• Do table touching (check on customers).

• Check the equipment daily.

• Ensure that Float fund and Petty cash fund are intact / tallied and recorded.

PERIODIC DUTIES

• Prepare weekly staff schedule.

• Conduct in-store QA on a monthly basis.

• Conducts FOH / BOH class on a monthly / quarterly basis.

• Evaluate staff on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Weekly update of 201 and 203 files.

• Monthly submission of Wastage report, Issuance &STF.

• Quarterly Submission of Product Mix Report.

• Must be willing to travel & assist in store opening.

• Must have 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial level in the hospitality business
• Must have a pleasing and pleasant personality
• Must know how to analyze P&L reports
• Can lead and motivate a team of employees
• Can manage inventory and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure that the store achieves its business goals
• Can address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Can monitor store performance and drive sales through effective leadership and strategy implementation
• Can analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market conditions to optimize store performance
• Can implement promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies to increase sales
