  • Responsibilities of the Residents
  • Patient Charts: proper and complete charting
  • Patients Logbook (Clinic)
  • Personal patient logbook for checking (every first Tuesday of the following month)
  • Patient Scheduling i.e. follow-ups, rotation changes
  • Referring system to Consultant or Senior Resident
