- Licensed Architect
- More than 5 years of experience in Project Management with relevant capabilities
- Strong knowledge of the company, business, brand and product
- Deep understanding of the company and its position in the market industry
- Upholds company values and integrity to the highest level
- In-depth aptitude to analyze problems and to strategize for better solutions
- With advanced knowledge in Project Management, Construction Management and Engineering (MEPFS)
- Demonstrates ability to articulate latest industry trends and capability in applying such to potential and current projects with clarity and confidence

- Proficient in reviewing plans and detail drawings
- Has design knowledge and background; construction background
- Familiar with basic Interior and Architectural production drawings
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and MS Project
