Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Officer to assist with the daily personnel and administrative tasks of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations. Key responsibilities include:


1. Recruitment and Onboarding Management

• Develop and execute recruitment plans based on the company's staffing needs, and post job advertisements.

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct candidate background checks.

• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents, and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.


2. Employee Relations and Personnel Affairs

• Handle procedures for employee onboarding, regularization, transfers, and resignations.

• Manage employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

• Address daily personnel inquiries and assist in handling employee relations matters.


3. Payroll and Attendance

• Summarize employee attendance and overtime records, and calculate monthly payroll.

• Assist in preparing related tax documentation such as CPF, housing fund, and IR8A filings.

• Monitor records for leave, sick leave, annual leave, and other benefits.


4. Centralized Purchasing and Administrative Support

• Manage the centralized procurement processes for daily supplies and uniforms for the restaurant.

• Assist in communicating with suppliers regarding quotes and orders.

• Support administrative tasks related to HR (such as MOM reports, HR forms, etc.).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant human resources experience (experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred)

• Familiar with Singapore labor laws and human resource processes (such as CPF, MOM regulations)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Possess good communication skills and a sense of responsibility, with attention to detail and patience

• Good written and spoken proficiency in both Chinese and English (able to communicate with bilingual staff)
