- Primarily responsible in assisting the Branch Business Head on deposit generation.
- This position represents leadership in establishing customer relationships, ensuring implementation of effective sales and management system while instituting and monitoring compliance to corporate standards & procedures to achieve volume targets, profitability and quality of accounts.
- Attends to the needs of the customers of the Branch to develop and manage relationship and promote the Banks services; develops existing accounts; solicits prospective depositors through client calls; and, ensures that customers concerns, inquiries and complaints are promptly and efficiently attended to.
