Description
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for patients
- Assist patients in improving physical, emotional, and social functioning
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Conduct assessments and document patient progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong focus skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Working Conditions: May involve working in clinics, hospitals, or patients' homes; requires flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, motivated, and committed to improving patients' quality of life.
