• The Mall Nurse provides immediate medical assistance and first aid to mall employees, tenants, and shoppers in case of illness or injury. The nurse is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment within the mall premises, conducting health monitoring, and assisting in emergency response and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency care to mall employees, tenants, and customers.
• Assess, treat, and document minor injuries and medical incidents that occur within the mall. Coordinate with emergency medical services (EMS) or hospitals for serious cases requiring further treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.
• Monitor and maintain medical supplies and equipment in the clinic.
• Conduct health monitoring and wellness programs for mall employees (e.g., blood pressure checks, health education).
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response planning, including fire and disaster preparedness.
