URGENTLY HIRING
A recruitment specialist manages the full cycle of the hiring process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. They source, screen, and assess candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure the best talent is matched with the right job
Requirements
- must have 1 to 3 yr experience in recruitment; sourcing, interviewing skills
- attentive to details, with good communication and numerical skills
- can work under minimal supervision
- willing to be based in Valenzuela City
