  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across technical, customer support, and business roles.
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain consistency with employer brand.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and act as the main point of contact for candidates.
  • Support hiring managers by preparing interview guides, collating feedback, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain and update recruitment pipelines in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Organize reference checks, background verifications, and offer letters.
  • Contribute to process improvements in recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding and HR coordination as needed.


Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or related role (in-house or agency).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Workspace.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
