Assist the Region Operations Manager in day-to-day operations tasks for projects
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate channels
Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media networking, referrals, etc.
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications before filtering to the relevant project within schedule
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and attitudes
Onboard new employees to ensure they become fully integrated
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
Maintain and input active recruitment database
Be analytical and ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and on time
Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc project checking, and providing feedback on any recruitment/project issues
Requirements
At least a diploma in any field
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in retail, merchandising, FMCG, or a related field (advantageous for this position)
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
Proactive in resolving issues, able to think out of the box, with a positive working attitude, ability to work independently, strong sense of urgency, results-oriented, and resourceful
