Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with internships in HR or recruiting.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, talent management, and recruitment allocation.
