- Sourcing: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Interviewing: Conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
