Description

Join our growing e-commerce recruitment team as a Senior Recruiter, where you'll play a key role in sourcing and securing top-tier talent across diverse roles that drive digital retail, fulfillment, logistics, marketing, and operations. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the teams of fast-scaling e-commerce brands both locally and globally.


  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment, including strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and offer management.
  • Develop and own tailored sourcing plans for high-demand e-commerce roles across multiple functions (e.g., digital marketing, marketplace operations, CX, logistics, tech).
  • Proactively build and maintain robust pipelines of diverse, qualified candidates from local and global markets.
  • Manage recruitment efforts for multiple geographies and business entities simultaneously.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, internal referrals, digital ads, talent communities, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure all hires meet both skill and culture-fit requirements for fast-paced e-commerce teams.
  • Analyze and take ownership of recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, and quality-of-hire.
  • Partner closely with fellow recruiters to optimize strategies, share market insights, and continuously improve team performance.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives that promote e-commerce culture, growth, and impact.
  • Support other recruitment-related tasks as assigned by your manager.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an e-commerce, tech, or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of hiring across multiple verticals and countries, ideally for roles such as Marketing Manager, Social Media Marketing, Brand Ambassador and more.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English—must be confident handling global coordination and cross-border candidate engagement.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment data analysis.
  • A passion for high-growth industries, agile hiring strategies, and delivering a strong candidate experience.
  • Amenable to report to our office in BGC, Taguig City.
