About the Role

-As a Recruitment Specialist (Volume Hiring), you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously, often under tight deadlines. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a seamless candidate experience while filling high-volume positions with quality hires.


Key Responsibilities

-Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles (e.g. customer service, sales, field roles, etc.)

-Source, screen, and assess candidates using various platforms and recruitment tools

-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements

-Schedule and conduct initial interviews, assessments, and background checks

-Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet business demands

-Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for efficiency and speed

-Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and online hiring campaigns

Requirements


-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field

-2-3 years of hands-on experience in volume or mass hiring, preferably in a BPO, retail, or fast-paced environment

-Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions and work under pressure

-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics

-Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and social media

-Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

-High sense of urgency and commitment to quality hires

-Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is a plus
