Job Description
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate potential hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, effective candidate screening abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
