Description
- Part of recruitment and section: includes offline and online sourcing, applicant screening, monitoring and endorsing candidates, deployment and 201 management.
- Assist in monitoring employee performance management.
- Other HR/admin task from time to time.
Requirements
- Psychology, HRDM or any course equivalent
- With at least 2 years of experience
- Good communication skills, keen to details, positive mindset, goal oriented
- Residing in Metro Manila (Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, Pasay, Paranaque)
