- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding for new hires and maintain employee records.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in policy development.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Any course.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting techniques, computer literate, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and candidate screening abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, conduct candidate screenings, manage databases, and support HR team in various tasks.
