Description
- Assist in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job postings to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Build and maintain a network of candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback sessions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A degree is not required; however, relevant coursework or certifications in human resources is a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting processes, exceptional communication skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with some remote work flexibility during recruitment campaigns.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
