Job Description

- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across various industries.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience and long-term partnership.
- Provide expert market insights and guidance to clients on talent availability, compensation trends, and industry best practices.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to clients on progress and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously expand professional network within target industries.
