- Greet customers or clients in a polite and friendly way
- Answer phone calls and respond to messages and direct them to the right person
- Book, confirm, and manage appointments or reservations
- Check in clients and notify staff for their arrival
- Process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments) and issue receipts.
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
- Manage the cash register and balance it at the beginning and end of the shift
- Maintains records of transactions and appointments
- Provide basic information about products, services and promotions
- Restock front desk supplies like forms, brochures,and products
- Report any issues with payments or equipment to the Service Manager
- Friendly and professional communication
- Basic computer, phone, and cash handling skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Organizational and time management skills
- Honest, reliability and a customer first attitude
