- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information adequately.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk operations, excellent English language skills, effective scheduling, time management, and strong written communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing front desk operations, and maintaining organizational standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with standard working hours.
