Description

  • Assist Senior Office Administrator in the Admin Department
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Welcoming guests / visitors
  • Scanning and filing of documents (contracts, insurances, etc.)
  • Monitor the inventory of office supplies and groceries
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the offices
  • Filing and scanning of hard copy of documents
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed by Senior Office Administrator

Requirements

  • College graduate
  • Proficient in computer (Microsoft Office Applications)
  • Organization, attention to details, multi-tasking, and good communication skills.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Must have initiative and independent
