  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for staff.
  • Answering order phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy reception and dining area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, capable in Help Desk operations, effective scheduling abilities, and outstanding hospitality skills.
  • Working Conditions: Generally office-based, requiring occasional overtime during busy periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, organized, and a strong team player.
