Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
- Manage phone calls, directing inquiries as needed.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and assist with administrative tasks.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide basic information about the organization and services.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
