Description
- Greets and processes the building access for tenant visitors and clients
- Provides guidance and assistance to all tenants with their endorsed visitors and clients
- Monitors and updates the inventory of visitor access cards on a regular basis
- Provides assistance to the Admin Assistants if needed
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as a receptionist for an office, building or property management set up
- Graduate of any 4-year College Course; Fresh grad are welcome to apply as long as they satisfy the required work experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service acumen
- Computer literate with excellent understanding of Microsoft Office applications such as word, excel and power point
- With pleasing personality
