- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Manage phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Greet and assist visitors, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain office organization.
- Handle bookings and check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Office Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: No experience required; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficient in computer use, MS Office applications, and help desk support.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with regular hours; may involve occasional overtime.
