- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Manage phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing emails.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong time management, proficient in English, help desk experience, MS Office skills, scheduling expertise, and organizational skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude.
