Prepare and manage sales contracts for real estate transactions.
Handle applications for campaign agent status.
Process listings, ensuring all relevant boards are accurately filled out.
Follow up with conveyancers to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Create compelling text write-ups for property listings.
Prepare story sheets that highlight property features and selling points.
Maintain organised records and documentation related to all transactions and listings.

Degree completed in accounting, business, commerce, entrepreneurship, finance or similar.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
