The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring excellent service throughout the entire sales process. This role involves actively engaging with clients to understand their property needs, advising them on current market trends, and providing professional guidance in making property decisions.

• Interact with clients to understand their property requirements.
• Advise clients on current real estate market trends and opportunities.
• Prepare, present, and update property listings.
• Negotiate and close property deals.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings.
• Search for available property inventories for client-buyers.
• Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties.
• Present accredited project listings to potential clients.
• Provide end-to-end client assistance and support.
• Coordinate with and assist clients referred by the firm.
• Promote listings through personal social media platforms.
• Actively explore the market to generate new leads, clients, and buyers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate or sales, preferably with a developer
• Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure
• Passionate about selling, leasing, and lead generation
• Proficient in social media marketing
