Description

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (MEPF) specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of MEPF works within construction projects.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Revit, CostX, and other BIM software are essential for accurate cost analysis and resource planning.


  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for MEPF-related works.
  • Conduct material take-offs and quantity verifications using Revit, CostX, and other BIM tools.
  • Analyze MEPF project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure budget adherence.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for MEPF systems.
  • Monitor cost variations, change orders, and claims management related to MEPF scope.
  • Provide cost forecasting and risk analysis to support project decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, contract terms, and industry standards for MEPF installations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to plan the financial aspects of MEPF works.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial management for MEPF systems.
  • Proficient in Revit, CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and other BIM software for MEPF quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of MEPF materials, methods, and cost-control techniques.
  • Experience in contract negotiations, tender documentation, and claims management for MEPF projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
