A Cost Estimator's primary duty is to analyze data and determine the time, money, materials, and labor required for various projects, products, or services.

• Reviews and checks accuracy of documents such as costing, quotation and completeness of layouts and other relevant documents of assigned projects
• Works with sales teams in revising costing and quotation of assigned projects during conceptualization phase.
• Reviews and rechecks accuracy of costing, quotation, and completeness of layouts and other relevant documents of assigned projects before processing of orders or production.
• Computes mobilization charges for a project.
• Computes service charges for after-sales services or additional charges for projects that are on work-in-progress.
• Coordinates with internal departments in a timely manner in case of discrepancies
• Secure the accuracy of projects to avoid delays
• Ensure that production papers are processed and submitted to Logistics on a timely manner for finalization of order and scheduling of delivery.
• Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Assess output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel. Google Sheets
• Knowledge in interpreting floor plans and cabinet working drawings is a PLUS
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
