• Prepare the bidding document according to the tender document
• Prepare the bill of quantity according to the tender document
• Analyze the quotation of the supplier and subcontractor and evaluate the project cost and other direct cost
• Prepare the priced bill of quantity according to the result of analysis and evaluation
• Organize and collect the bidding documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate should have a Bachelor/s Degree of Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveying Engineer or Construction Management
• Must have at least five years of related experience
• Background from a construction company is an advantage
• Has the knowledge of Basic Computer Skills, TAS, TRB and other graphic calculation software
