We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with expertise in civil, electrical, and mechanical projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
Analyze contract documents and provide advice on contractual matters.
Monitor project progress and costs, identifying any variances and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.

Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Board Passer/Professional Licensure Examination.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Principles and Practices of Contract Management, Budget Preparation, and Administration, Cost Planning, Tendering, Strong Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills, Excellent written and verbal communication.
With 5-8 years of work experience in Quantity Surveying
Has worked in a QS firm for at least 3 years, with BQ measurement experience.
Knowledgeable in SMM7, NRM1 and NRM2.
Member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors (PICQS) is an advantage.
