Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing quotations, and supporting project execution from start to finish. You will be responsible for cost estimation, supplier coordination, site surveys, and project documentation.   • Prepare cost estimates and quotations for supplies, preventive maintenance, and installations.
  • Design layout plans, single-line diagrams, and Gantt charts for project management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and assist with inventory, mobilization, and logistics for project sites.
  • Conduct site surveys and perform cable and EMT routing inspections, including device configuration and acceptance viewing.
  • Prepare project documentation including service reports, progress reports, work permits, and certificates of completion.
  • Support contract administration and perform additional tasks as required to ensure smooth project execution.


Required skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Experience: Proven experience in cost estimation, contract coordination, and project documentation (preferably in engineering or construction projects). But fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Other:
  • Willingness to work both in the office and at project sites.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
