Job Responsibilities

* Responsible for developing, deploying, operating, and iterating quantitative strategy code;

* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to fully understand strategy requirements;

* Continuously improve code execution efficiency and optimize strategy implementation logic.

Qualifications

1. Over 3 years of development experience, proficient in at least two of the following programming languages: Python, Rust, Java, Go;

2. Familiar with Linux, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Redis cache, message queues, containers, and other core components;

3. Expertise in concurrent and asynchronous programming, capable of addressing technical challenges in high-concurrency environments;

4. Familiar with RESTful API and WebSocket integrations for major CEX/DEX platforms, with extensive integration experience;

5. Proficient in data analysis and processing, including metric calculations and statistical analysis;

6. Strong communication, learning, and presentation skills, adept at leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, and capable of producing high-quality documentation and code;

7. Experience in distributed system development and familiarity with microservices architecture are a plus.
