Description
- Develop and maintain quality management system documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality practices.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives.
- Report quality metrics to management regularly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent is required.
- Experience Level: At least 1-year experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong data analysis capabilities, effective scheduling, and time management. Excellent written communication and organizational skills, with analytical abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player dedicated to quality improvement.
