Description

Responsible for consolidation and conduct follow up for the items identified needed by Head Office to OPS and vice versa.

  1. Safekeeping of documents
  • Organizes and filters documents to be filed and sorts by the date and type
  • Making folders/structure as per identified Filling
  • Ensures records/documents are readily available and suitable and with tags and monitoring


Requirements

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

  • At least 2yrs. Undergraduate/2 yrs. Course


WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 6 months of experience
