As a Quality Assurance Analyst you are tasked with doing daily audits of calls or chats and provide immediate reports on what happened or a summary of the calls and chats.

Responsibilities

• Audit Calls
• Create Daily Reports
• Validate Sales
• Provide Feedback to agents

Qualification

• Should have knowledge in Excel for simple report creation.
• Should have at least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Experience in coaching agent is a plus but not a must.
• Must have an idea for Quality Analyst role or SME
• Willing to work onsite : SHARVD 112 Valero Tower, Salcedo Village, Bel-Air, Makati City
• Can Start Asap
