Description

  • Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct call listening sessions and provide constructive feedback to agents.
  • Engage in coaching sessions to enhance agent performance.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to align quality standards across teams.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a BPO environment.
  • Familiarity with call monitoring and evaluation processes.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
