Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Process Excellence Consultant to lead continuous improvement initiatives across Healthcare and Medical Device BPO accounts. The ideal candidate will apply proven methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve quality and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement projects for Healthcare and Medical Device BPO operations by applying Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality frameworks.
• Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps.
• Develop and implement process standardization and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, QA, Training, and Client Services to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions focused on quality and process excellence.
• Design and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure process effectiveness and impact.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as HIPAA, FDA compliance, and internal quality policies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients demonstrating process improvements and ROI.
• Support change management initiatives by communicating benefits and training impacted teams.

QUALIFICATIONS 1 :

College Graduates only

• Well versed in a Healthcare account (US benefits)
• Has relevant experience in process improvement and QA for 3 years
• Total experience should not be less than 7 years
• Preferred: Six Sigma methodologies/certifications

Knowledge: Root-cause-analysis, Lean methodologies, Corrective and Preventive actions, quality concepts

QUALIFICATIONS 2:

College Graduates only (preferably in the Engineering, Computer Science, Automation courses

• Preferably with medical devices experience, but not required
• has relevant experience in process
• improvement for 3 years (preferably 5 years)
• Preferred: with experience in AI, automation, smartscripts, coding
• required: Six sigma yellow belt (trained for green belt)
• preferred: Six sigma green belt
