Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of QC Inspectors in inspecting incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Communicate with suppliers regarding product quality and supplier capability to foster strong relationships and resolve quality issues
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports to assess section performance
• Develop and revise inspection standards for various stages of production
• Conduct root cause analysis for customer complaints and oversee corrective action implementation
• Manage the calibration of Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment
• Ensure timely responses to all customer complaints and spearhead corrective measures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
• At least 5 years of experience in quality control/assurance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and measuring instruments
