We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about building high-quality, scalable products. In this role, you'll lead quality initiatives, mentor junior team members, and drive the adoption of best-in-class testing strategies. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure seamless user experiences and bulletproof software. What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
• Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria and understand real-world user scenarios.
• Enhance testing strategies, identifying gaps and implementing process improvements.
• Evaluate and implement the latest testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership in testing and ensure best practices are followed across teams.

What to Expect in Your First 6 Months

• Deep dive into the squad, product, agile workflows, and standardized testing processes.
• Develop test analysis aligned with QA department standards and guidelines.
• Take ownership of test preparation, execution, and reporting, assisting the TAAS where needed.
• Kickstart automation efforts by writing and executing test automation scripts.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in agile environments, driving quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Exceptional soft skills, including communication, leadership, and collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain basic test automation frameworks.
• 4-7 years of experience in software development or QA roles.
