1. Quality Assurance & Control

• Monitor and enforce product quality standards for stamped metal components.
• Develop and implement QA procedures, inspection protocols, and sampling plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances for proper inspection.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).
• Support internal audits and customer audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, etc.).
• Maintain quality records (inspection reports, non-conformance reports, etc.).

2. Process Improvement

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize stamping processes.
• Recommend process modifications to improve quality and reduce scrap/rework.
• Analyze quality trends and drive continuous improvement using tools like 5 Why, FMEA, SPC, and 8D.

3.PCO (Pollution Control Officer)

• Monitor environmental compliance with local regulations (DENR/LLDA).
• Prepare and submit required environmental reports (e.g., SMR, CMR, etc.).
• Ensure proper waste segregation, storage, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Conduct environmental risk assessments and internal environmental audits.
• Coordinate with waste treatment providers and government environmental agencies.

4.Safety Officer SO2

• Conduct safety inspections and hazard assessments in the stamping and tooling areas.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOLE, or other relevant safety standards.
• Implement and monitor safety programs such as PPE enforcement, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), and ergonomics.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for production and maintenance teams.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Maintain updated safety documents such as RoHS, SDS and incident logs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers for quality and environmental concerns.
• Support ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) through document preparation, audits, and compliance tracking.
• Train employees on quality procedures, environmental regulations, and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or related field.
• With engineering license is an advantage but not required
• Specialization in 8D Problem-Solving, Failure Analysis, and Kepner-Tregoe Analysis is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Quality, 8D methodology, and QA/QC engineering functions.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and 3D CAD accurately.
• With PCO & Safety Office Training
• Familiarity and practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of the proper use and operation of dimensional inspection equipment, machines, and gauges.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Capability to provide appropriate dispositions for lots affected by quality issues.
