  • Be a Quality Assurance Analyst for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role will focus on ensuring the delivery of high-quality service by implementing QA practices, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous improvement across all service lines.

Job Description:

  • The Quality Assurance Analyst defines and implements quality assurance practices and procedures. This role analyzes discrepancies in service or performance and recommends solutions for product or service updates. The QA Analyst interprets, builds upon, and complies with company quality assurance standards. You will report to the department manager or head of the unit and may be assigned additional tasks from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing via records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
  • Document quality assurance activities through internal reporting and audits.
  • Develop and improve standards for production and service design; implement testing protocols across all service lines.
  • Identify training needs and ensure compliance throughout the company.
  • Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills.
  • Oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to ensure quality conformance.
  • Support operations and the local QA function in monitoring, documenting, and reporting quality levels, as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs.
  • Investigate product complaints or reported issues to ensure timely and proper resolution.
  • Update complaint and inspection procedures to improve documentation and capture of issues.
  • Monitor risk management procedures and report recurring issues.
  • Train and support QA team members on systems, policies, and core processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
