- Responsible for sales management and performance improvement within the region.
- Develop and implement market expansion strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Guide and train subordinates to enhance overall team performance.
- Maintain customer relationships and expand new client resources.
- Analyze market trends and provide decision support.
