- Develop and execute test plans and test cases
- Identify and document defects and issues
- Develop test plans, execute tests, and document results.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure quality standards
- Perform regression testing and automation
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and audits
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain testing documentation and reporting
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Quality Control, Data Analysis, Quality Management, Quality Auditing, and Lean Production methodologies.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct audits, analyze data for trends, implement quality improvements, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for onsite audits and inspections.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
