Provide examples for standards needed, write inspection procedures (Quality Checklist, Work Instructions, and Inspection Standards) for new products and point out areas requiring additional attention to workers.
Direct the Quality Team in effective performance by determining accountabilities, maximizing efficiencies and ensuring accurate results.
Communicate with suppliers on matters related to product quality. Conducts failure analysis during customer complaints using specific process such as Why-why analysis, initiates and recommends countermeasures based on investigation results.
Expedite daily production output by assuring timely flow of all quality control checks and correction.
Effectively communicate and document all major quality problems to respective individuals and ensure closure on problems.
Ensure weekly review of the quality performance of production thru the result of inspection perform by the inspection
Develop evolving training plan for Quality team and ensure adequate training of all new and existing employees to ensure maximum performance.
Supervise and coordinate activities of Inspectors engaged in inspecting Incoming Materials, In-Process products, and Finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.
Maintains safe and healthy work environments by following the standards and procedures; complying with all legal regulations.
Perform other tasks that may assign by immediate superior

Graduate of any 4 year courses
With related experience in Plastic/Painting
Knowledge in QMS / IMS (ISO)
Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years supervisory level experience
Can easily adopt on process with knowledge on performing and generating monthly report
Preferably with experience in a Manufacturing Industry
Must have supervisory skills and can handle people.
Good communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power point and Excel)
