Responsibilities:

Quality Control Testing:

• Perform routine and ad-hoc chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Conduct sensory evaluations to assess flavor, aroma, and overall product quality.
• Utilize analytical instruments to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control tests and analyses performed.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing testing results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to update and maintain quality documentation.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to alcoholic beverage manufacturing.
• Ensure that the manufacturing processes align with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies for audits and inspections.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance overall product quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Must be a licensed Chemist.
• Must be willing to be assigned on shifting schedules in Biñan, Laguna.
• Work experience in laboratory testing is an advantage.
• With good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Open to fresh graduates with a valid license as a Chemist.
