We are looking for a QA Supervisor to oversee the quality assurance operations of our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with client and regulatory requirements. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the QA team in daily inspection and quality control activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and inspection standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.
• Prepare and review quality reports, documentation, and inspection records.
• Train and mentor QA staff on inspection techniques, 7 QC tools, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to ISO or company quality systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the quality field.
• Atleast 3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Knowledgeable in 7 QC tools and other inspection/quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Can start ASAP and willing to attend face-to-face interviews.
