1. Coordinates with personnel concerned in carrying out study on defective units related problems which requires data and performance analysis.
2. Conducts quality meetings particularly QC Inspection related matters.
3. Monitors daily QC related irregularities in Production Section for immediate action and disposition
4. Schedules inspection and assignment of inspectors.
5. Prepares training materials and conducts lectures and training for inspectors.
6. Conducts orientation to QC inspectors on new process inspection methods.
7. Monitors and control process inspection status to meet production requirements.
8. Assumes the responsibilities of the superior during his absence. These include approving and signing of reports, work delegations and control of personnel in the work area.
9. Verifies materials and informs the Production if there are necessary changes in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or Bill of Materials (BOM).
10. Prepares documents or reports necessary for Quality meetings.
11. Helps IPQC inspectors in making observation reports for any negative observation or nonconformity found in the production line process.
12. Contributes in analyzing the cause of cumulative defective units found in the production line.

1. Graduate of any Engineering course

2. Preferably with 1 year experience in manufacturing firm

3. Self-motivated, able to work independently
